Lolade Temitope-Ogungbe
Lolade is a business leader with over 23 years in the corporate world. Lolade’s career has spanned the oil & gas industry in the last 21 years.
Lolade’s experience in office and hospitality management led her into becoming a serial entrepreneur in the hospitality and entertainment industry, amongst other passions such as agriculture.
She uses her experience to encourage and teach young entrepreneurs, especially women, to leverage the power of communication, interpersonal skills, and technology to achieve their business objectives. Her experience spans consulting, peoples management, coaching, business support, start-up advisory, and mentoring. Lolade is known for building strong teams, helping others adopt effective methods for strategic business growth.
She is committed to seeing young people and women succeed in their business field. She particularly supports female and youth focused initiatives encouraging youngsters and women in her region to develop entrepreneurial interest. Lolade is a mentor to a couple of aspiring female business leaders.
She is vastly traveled and has been to over 19 countries for business and pleasure.
She is a Toastmaster and speaks at different mentorship events. She is a fellow of a number of professional bodies.
She is also a philanthropist and a highly revered member of the Pretigious Rotary club, where she currently serves as an assistant governor.
