An entrepreneur of note & prolific international keynote speaker on sustainable development, ygender equality & inclusion as well as youth development, Hon Anastancia Ndhlovu served in the Government & the National Assembly of the Republic of Zimbabwe as the Deputy Minister of Tourism & Hospitality Industry & as a Legislator from March 2008 to January 2018 respectively. Prior to that she served as Vice President of the World Federation of Democratic Youth based in Budapest Hungary and a Human Resource Specialist at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority based at Head Office in Harare, Zimbabwe.
She has a wealth of experience in gender equality & youth development at the global level, diplomacy, international relations & investment promotion,among other competencies.
Hon Anastancia is the Vice President of the Affirmative Action Group (AAG) which is Zimbabwe’s biggest Empowerment lobby group as well as the former Vice President of the Women Advancement for Economic & Leadership Empowerment in Africa responsible for Southern Africa & its former Country Coordinator for Zimbabwe.
Hon. Anastancia is currently the International Representative for Southern Africa at the Leaders Without Borders Development Centre & WOW Africa’s Director for Southern Africa respectively.
Currently she is deployed at the Ruling ZANU PF Party’s Headquarters as the Director for Economic Affairs focusing mostly on investment promotion. Prior to that she was responsible for Projects in the Women’s League of the Ruling Party.
She has served in the Ruling ZANU PF Party’s Central Committee for nine years & the Youth League for seventeen years, thirteen of them at National Level respectively.
Hon Anastancia Ndhlovu sits as the Director of Manna Ventures (Pvt) Ltd, a vehicle with interests in Mining, Smart Agriculture, lmage Branding, Public Relations & Brand Repositioning as well as lnvestor Promotion, among others.
A God fearing young lady, she is also the Founder and President of Manna Foundation a Trust with interests in gender equality and inclusion, environmental sustainability, Entreprenuership and cooperative development among others. She is a holder of a Master of Science in Development Studies from the Women’s University in Africa, a BSc Hons in Human Resource Management from the Midlands State University, a Certified DACUM Facilitator, SAP HR Super User, a Certified in Labour Relations from the IPMZ among other qualifications.
